Design, build, and optimize a suite of GenAI applications and systems.
Automate ML pipelines, monitor costs, and enhance model performance with techniques like LoRA/QLoRA .
Develop reusable frameworks for model deployment, monitoring, and validation testing.
Implement compliance workflows, guardrails, and approval processes for safe production rollouts.
Mentor the team in best practices for AI/ML development and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features for web and mobile platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in software development with Python and SQL .
️ 3+ years deploying NLP and deep learning pipelines in AWS environments.
Proficiency in PyTorch , TensorFlow , or MXNet , with experience optimizing GPU clusters.
Deep knowledge of foundational LLM concepts like Transformers and Self-Attention mechanisms.
Experience with LangChain , RAG techniques , and vector databases for semantic search.
Familiarity with AI compliance and bias detection tools like NeMo .
