• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub

• Development and maintenance of integrations using: REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC

• Strong skills in JavaScript and PowerShell scripting

• Experience with data transformations (file-based and scripted)

• Relevant IT architecture knowledge, including network architecture and security implications for integrations

• Knowledge of software testing (unit, integration, performance, UAT, or client-specific)

• Experience building repeatable environments (dev, test, staging, production) with high availability

• Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (mandatory)

• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum knowledge, ITIL basics

• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with project teams

• Active participation and feedback in planning meetings (pre-iteration, retrospectives)

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification

• ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Certification

• Java Developer Certification

• Analyze and understand application requirements or user stories

• Follow best practices, standards, and development guidelines

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and adapt to requirement changes

• Deliver high-quality code and maintain standards

• Perform unit testing and maintain proper documentation

• Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Deliver training to users on developed functionalities

• Develop, test, and maintain integrations within ServiceNow

• Collaborate with external system developers to ensure best practices in integrations (including configuration or customization when required)
