Senior Workday Consultant — Remote/ 3 Months en Crossbridge

We are looking for a Senior Workday Consultant with strong experience in Workday configuration, optimization, and administration.

• 100% Remote — LATAM
• Time zone: Eastern 
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• 3-month contract

• Configure and optimize Workday modules, especially HCM .
• Manage business processes, approvals, security roles, and system enhancements.
• Develop Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure HR data accuracy and system compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues and lead UAT and regression testing.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

• 6–8+ years of Workday configuration and administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM and other modules.
• Experience with implementations or major system enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, reporting, and data structures.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Workday certifications.
• Experience with EIBs, integrations, and data migration.
• Experience in global organizations.
