Senior Web Developer - Wordpress Senior - Remoto en Bloom Digitals

We seek an experienced Senior Web Developer with a strong background in modern web technologies and content management systems. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the framework   Astro, the CMS CloudCannon, WordPress, and server management , alongside proficiency in   front-end development . This role requires a problem-solving mindset, the ability to manage multiple servers efficiently, and experience optimizing web performance. Fluency in English is essential for communication with cross-functional teams and clients.

As a Senior Web Developer, you will be key in building and maintaining web solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Maintenance:  Develop and maintain high-performance websites using Astro, WordPress, and CloudCannon CMS.Develop and maintain high-performance websites using Astro, WordPress, and CloudCannon CMS.

• Develop and maintain high-performance websites using Astro, WordPress, and CloudCannon CMS.
• Experience with the Jamstack (static site generation).
• Implement best practices for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure efficient front-end development.
• Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with the technical aspects of accessibility and SEO.

Server & CMS Management:

• Manage and configure multiple servers to ensure stability and security.
• Administer CloudCannon and WordPress environments, ensuring seamless content updates and integrations.
• Troubleshoot server-related issues and improve hosting infrastructure.

Collaboration & Optimization:

• Work closely with design and marketing teams to implement web designs effectively.
• Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports to optimize site efficiency.
• Research and implement best practices to enhance user experience and website functionality.

Key Requirements

Mandatory skills:

• 3+ years of experience working with Astro or similar frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience with WordPress development and management.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience managing multiple servers efficiently.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with Webflow.
• Experience generating performance reports.
• Strong data analysis skills.
