We are looking for a  Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead  to join a high-impact engineering team, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of modern  AI-driven applications , while also providing  technical leadership and mentorship  to the team.

• Build  end-to-end features  using TypeScript (frontend, backend, database, testing)
• Lead and contribute to  system design and architecture decisions
• Work with  React/Next.js (SSR, server actions)
• Develop and maintain  PostgreSQL-based systems using typed ORMs
• Implement  multi-tenant auth systems and background job processing
• Use  AI-first development tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude)  in daily workflows
• Provide  technical guidance and mentorship  to engineers
• Conduct  code reviews  and ensure high-quality standards
• Collaborate with  cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering)

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• 5+ years working with  TypeScript (Node.js + React/Next.js)
• Proven experience in  technical leadership or mentoring engineers
• Strong experience building  production-ready, scalable systems
• Experience with  PostgreSQL and ORM tools (Prisma, TypeORM, etc.)
• Experience with  distributed systems, background jobs, and event handling
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in  remote teams (US overlap)

• Experience building  LLM/AI applications
• Familiarity with  AWS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with  design systems and Tailwind
• Consulting or client-facing experience

• Short-term opportunity (3 months)  with  possibility of extension
