Senior QA Lead – 100% Remote | Contractor en Crossbridge

We are looking for a hands-on Senior QA Lead to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming warehouse and logistics operations.

This is a 100% remote opportunity under a contractor arrangement . The ideal candidate will help build and scale the QA function while remaining actively involved in automation, manual testing, release quality, and team leadership.

• Define and own the QA strategy across web, API, and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain automated test suites.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead and mentor distributed QA engineers.
• Own regression testing, defect triage, and release sign-off.
• Define quality metrics and improve testing processes.
• Conduct hands-on manual and exploratory testing.

• 7+ years of QA experience.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring QA teams.
• Strong experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Maestro, or similar tools.
• Experience with API automation, test data, fixtures, and CI/CD.
• Experience working with distributed, offshore, or nearshore teams.
• Strong manual testing, defect documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment.
