Senior Java Developer - Microsoft Azure - Remoto en Accion Labs

  Objective:  

Design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions based on Java, using best practices and current technologies, ensuring scalability, performance and security of applications.  

Responsibilities:  

• Design and implement applications in Java 17, following software development standards.  
• Develop microservices using Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security).  
• Manage containers with Docker and deploy applications in orchestrated environments with Kubernetes.  
• Integrate and manage code repositories with Git and manage dependencies using Maven.  
• Implement and manage cloud solutions with Azure, including the use of Azure Database for data storage.  
• Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and vulnerabilities in the code.  
• Participate in code reviews, unit and integration tests.  
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments and application monitoring.  
• Document technical designs, workflows and user guides.  

Skills  

• Advanced command of Java 17 and solid knowledge of object-oriented programming.  
• Proven experience using the Spring Framework.  
• Advanced knowledge of containers and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.  
• Experience using Git for version control and branch management.  
• Skilled in configuring and using Maven for dependency management.  
• Experience in implementing solutions based on Microsoft Azure.  
• Solid knowledge of databases, especially Azure Database (SQL, NoSQL).
