The Mission

We are seeking a seasoned  Senior AI Solutions Engineer  to drive our digital transformation. You will be instrumental in deploying scalable AI solutions on AWS to tackle two core business challenges that directly impact our bottom line:

• Check Review Optimization:  Use AI to drastically reduce manual check reviews from 12.74% to 3-4%.
• Document Processing Automation:  Fully automate the manual capture of deposit slips to free up valuable resources.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Design & Development:  Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions for critical use cases including fraud detection using vision-language models, automated document processing pipelines, and conversational AI for customer service.
• Cloud Architecture & MLOps:  Design and implement scalable, serverless infrastructure on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda) to process millions of transactions. Establish robust MLOps practices with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Process Integration:  Connect legacy systems with modern AI solutions via APIs and develop automated workflows to integrate various business systems (JIRA, back-office).
• Technical Leadership:  Lead GenAI adoption initiatives, mentor engineers on ML best practices, and collaborate directly with senior leadership to define and execute the technology roadmap.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Required Experience & Technical Skills:

• 5+ years  of experience developing and deploying production-grade ML/AI solutions.
• 3+ years  of hands-on experience with  AWS AI/ML services  (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in  financial services, fraud detection, or payment processing .
• Essential Technical Stack:
• Cloud:  Deep expertise with AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions.
• Languages:  Advanced Python (TensorFlow/PyTorch), SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript for integrations.
• MLOps:  CI/CD for ML (MLflow, W&B), Docker, Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Frameworks:  LangChain, LlamaIndex for building LLM applications.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with banking APIs (e.g., Early Warning System), OCR (Amazon Textract), and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML) is a strong plus.
• A demonstrable track record of AI projects that delivered significant ROI.

Soft Skills:

• Bilingual fluency  in English and Spanish.
• A strong  product mindset  focused on business value and ROI.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working in hybrid/remote teams.
• A results-oriented attitude with the ability to deliver functional MVPs quickly.
