SCRUM MASTER

Position Summary 

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master. This role reports to the Product Owner of Productivity team. As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate processes within the Platforms and Productivity Apps organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will work closely with the product owner to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that the work progresses on schedule and to the desired level of quality. Additionally. The position involves interfacing with different stakeholders and setting and maintaining expectations and good relationships. An ability to understand both the business domains and the technology stack is a major driving factor to success in this role. 

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

• Creating and maintaining project timelines. 

• Coordinate activities throughout the software development life cycle.

• Communicate with stakeholders and manage project resources and environments to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

• Identifying and managing risks,

• Understand and challenge specifications, designs, and test cases to ensure the quality and accuracy of estimates.

• Monitoring progress against project goals.

• Follow-up with technical business analysts, developers, quality assurance specialists, and IT operations members to ensure seamless collaboration in the delivery.

• Create project documentation including requirements, WBS, and user guides.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• 3+ years as a Project Manager in the software development domain. 

• Technical background in the web development industry. 

• Familiar with JIRA or any other bug-tracking system. 

• Strong priority and risk management skills. 

• Attention to detail and desire to work in fast-paced environments 

• Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, principles, and solutions 

• Experience working with remote teams.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus.
