Scrum Master Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices

• Maintain multiple project backlogs and assuring delivering dates

• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction

• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments

• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework

• Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers

• Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts

• Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions

• Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase

• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations

Education, Experience:

• Bachelor's  degree   in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT or related field

• Scrum Master certified

• Experience working as a Scrum Master or Project Manager

• Experience in technology, software development, digital products or similar.

• Proficient in  Microsoft Office and Google Apps for work

• English intermediate to advance
