Salesforce Developer Senior - Remoto en Eviden

Job Description

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the execution of complex Salesforce development efforts across the bank while working with a team of admins and developers. The ideal candidate will have experience a broad experience of Salesforce development with a proven track record of exceptional results and scalability, and is looking for the opportunity to grow into a development team leader and technical lead over the next several years.

Responsibilities include:

o Design consumable, secure and scalable project-specific architectures to be executed on by administrators and developers

o Review existing designs and implementations to deliver an evaluation used to provide scalability and continuity

o Participate in every stage of the Salesforce team SDLC

o Design and implement standard code review processes

o Compare functional requirements with native Salesforce functionalities to provide gap analysis prior to custom development

o Provide Impact analysis on existing solutions prior to the execution and acceptance of the proposed solution design.

o Educate, advocate, and utilize development best practices always using Salesforce out-of-box functionality first wherever possible

o Evaluate data integration tools and products to be used for various projects and needs

o Provide design for new Salesforce-related data integration projects

o Collaborate with all roles of the Salesforce team alongside stakeholders (Developer, QA , BA, Admin, Project Manager / Scrum Master, business stakeholders)

o Document and communicate Salesforce solution architecture to the Salesforce team.

Skills:

• 3-5 Years hands on experience with Salesforce

•. SFDC basics – Apex, Visualforce, triggers, objects, security model, etc..

• SFDC Skills : Experience with 2 or more of the following: Lightning Web Components & Aura, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex

• Salesforce CRM basics - Lead, Opportunity, Account and Case

• Some experience with Lightning Web Components

• Communities - Data sharing, Community Builder, audience

• Salesforce OOO - Workflow Rules, Process Builder and Visual Flows

• Some experience with integrations especially with REST API

• Apex design pattern

• HTML, CSS, Java, Java Script is a plus

• Languages : Apex and oops concepts

• Integrations : REST & SOAP Web Services, Data Loader

Location required: candidates must be located in Mexico (MX citizens or foreigners with valid work permit).
