Salesforce Admin en Eviden

Technical skills and experience required:

• Certified as Salesforce admin. 

• Building Salesforce.com Declarative customizations & automations, including:

• Architectural Components: Objects, Record Types, Layouts, & Fields

• Automation Components: Workflow rules, Flows, & Process Builders

• Efficiency Components: Knowledgebase, Macros, Quicktext

• Omni-Channel Components: Assignment Rules, Entitlements, LiveAgent, Glance & Five9 Integrations

• Develop deep understanding of the internal Consumer & Commercial Banking operations to lead complex projects and integrations to improve sales and service

• Promoting business adoption of system capabilities and features (via trainings & webinars)

• Participating in all aspects of our Agile Project Methodology (including proper Change Management)

Location required: candidates must be located in Mexico (MX citizens or foreigners with valid work permit).
