RPA Senior Developer - Remoto en Apex Systems

We seek an RPA Developer to work with various clients remotely at our delivery center in Mexico. As an RPA Developer, you will help achieve that mission by giving our clients consultative guidance and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Create and maintain documentation for RPA processes, including process maps and solution design documents.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of RPA bots to ensure they perform as expected.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to interact with RPA bots.
• Monitor and maintain deployed bots, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize existing RPA solutions.

Qualifications:

• +5 years of experience working as RPA Developer
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and experience with any programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Leadership Skills, and experience managing teams
• Experience with process mapping and business analysis.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
