Job Description  :

 

Responsibilities:

l Act as the product owner on an Agile team

Utilize acquired data governance knowledge and practices to extensive consultation to both business and IT contributors

Work diligently to build strategic business solutions with a variety of stakeholders

Spearhead priority projects with a clear comprehension of business value across both Medicare and Medicaid business lines

Structure team objectives into planned milestones and maintain transparency through the creation and distribution of roadmaps

Facilitate program planning activities for cross-functional Data Governance team, including backlog grooming, retrospectives, sprint or kanban planning, testing and release planning

Transform business priorities into Features, User Stories and Technical Designs to build and systematized the product backlog for sprint teams

Provide sufficient direction on user stories and swift mitigation of any roadblocks

Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and Data Governance leadership regarding progress and obstacles

Review quality monitoring data to offer insights and prioritization for remediation efforts

Assist with defining success criteria and metrics for ongoing monitoring and value stories

Support the strategic implementation and development of best practice data governance initiatives
