Product Designer en Crossbridge

We are looking for a Product Designer to join a fast-moving, product-driven team building complex B2B software solutions. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, systems thinking, and translating ambiguous problems into clear, scalable product experiences.

You will lead design initiatives from concept to launch, working closely with product and engineering to deliver high-impact features across workflow-driven systems.

• Lead design efforts across multiple parallel initiatives, from discovery to launch
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product strategy, user flows, and intuitive interfaces
• Design complex B2B workflows such as scheduling, dispatching, job management, invoicing, and user permissions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI with production-ready specifications
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights into product improvements
• Build, scale, and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Contribute to strengthening the overall product brand and visual identity
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment and execution

• Strong experience designing B2B SaaS products
• Advanced expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, design systems)
• Strong attention to detail and systems thinking, from micro-interactions to complex interconnected flows
• Experience planning and running user research and usability testing
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments where iteration is constant
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
• Curiosity about AI tools and modern workflows, with a mindset focused on experimentation and continuous improvement

• Experience designing CRM or workflow-heavy SaaS platforms
• Experience with performance, incentive, or gamified product features
• Comfort creating visual assets using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or AI image tools
