Product Designer responsibilities:

• Create design concepts and prototypes to determine the best product
• Test platforms and suggest UX improvements to to product engineers
• Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
• Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
• Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
• Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
• Understanding of end-to-end tasks in projects
• Estimation and management of work using design and agile methodologies
• Teamwork
• Contribution to the creation of components for the design system, meeting usability and accessibility standards

Product Designer Qualifications / Skills:

• Super entrepreneur mindset
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire the product team
• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
• Good understanding of color science and combinations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of multichannel experiences within a digital product and/or service ecosystem
• Knowledge of web and app design systems. Visual knowledge and design of components for web and app
• Experience in fintech, reinsurance, and services

Requirements

Education, Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• No product design experience required just a great eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
• Strong understanding of digital experiences and tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in digital tools as Figma, Miro, Google Suite, Notion etc...
