About the Role
As a  Principal Backend Engineer, y ou’ll design and scale backend services that power workplace intelligence: access control, real-time tracking, and enterprise integrations. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own architecture decisions, solve complex distributed systems challenges, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  What You’ll Do

  • ️ Build and scale backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL).

  • ️ Optimize high-throughput systems for performance and reliability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

  • Define best practices in architecture, design, and testing.


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in software engineering, with strong backend expertise.

  • 5+ years with Typescript (Kotlin is a plus).

  • Experience designing/scaling distributed systems and SaaS platforms.

  • Solid knowledge of backend patterns, DevOps, and testing practices.

  • High level of English (spoken & written) .

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) – mandatory requirement.
