ORACLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 years with technical supporting Oracle modules Oracle Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Advanced English

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in all aspects of Oracle ERP support, from ticket intake to development of technical solution, and implement in production.
• The technical analyst will deep dive and troubleshoot and technical issues, raise service request and work with Oracle support to find necessary solution.
• Respond to P1 issues, including monitoring alerts and notifications, participate in outage calls, support overnight deployment of patches and upgrades.
• Provide technical support for developing and supporting Oracle related customizations and extensions covering modules in Oracle Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Closely collaborate with onshore and offshore functional and technical teams in development and implementation of technical solutions
