ORACLE FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT ANALYST (FINANCE AND SCM)

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 years as a suply Chain
• 3 years with Oracle EBS.
• Advanced English

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Oracle Functional Support Analyst’s primary focus is to support company's Oracle EBS R12.2.10 Finance and Order to Cash (Supply Chain) Solutions.
• As an applications support analyst you will be responsible for providing support to the Oracle ERP applications for Uponor North America.
• In this role, you will handle the intake of all support requests, triage and prioritize them, assign them to the technical developer as needed, and manage end-to-end resolution.
• You will make sure to set and meet the expectations of business users in the timely resolution of all requests.
• This position requires working with onsite and offshore team members, keep communication channels open, and provide status updates to IT and business leadership.

 

OFFER:

• Competitive monthly salary from 60000 to 750000.
