Role: .NET Support

Location: Costa Rica, Remote

Experience +3 years

1. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in providing support on web / windows based applications built in .NET and SQL

2. Should have experience in monitoring and supporting of services, alerts, jobs and queues

3. Should have experience in using JIRA Service Management & ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tool and should be aware of ITIL concepts (incident, service and problem management)

4. Should be good in troubleshooting and debugging issues

5. Should be able to identify areas to automate and ways to reduce ticket count

6. Should have experience in creating support documents i.e. run books / SOPs

7. Should be familiar with Spanish Language (Speak & Write)

Good to have:

1. Should be flexible with working hours / Weekend Shifts and should be available to handle P1/escalated issues as and when needed

2. Good communication skills and should have worked with various IT support and business user groups across US and global geographies

3. Knowledge of Media and Entertainment domain and a certification in ITIL Foundation or above will be added advantage

4. Development experience will be added advantageBilingual, Proficient in Spanish and English written and verbal communication skills.
