About the Role
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and managing various marketing initiatives, balancing external customer needs with internal marketing team activities. This role requires expertise in social media, CRM, content creation, and digital marketing strategies while ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
Key Responsabilities:
External (Customer-Focused Activities) – 50%
Identify and address customer needs through targeted marketing initiatives. Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and brand positioning.
Execute CRM activities to enhance customer relationships and retention. Design, set up, and distribute monthly newsletters to engage customers. Maintain and update the company website, implementing SEO improvements for better visibility.
Develop compelling copy for various marketing materials, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
Internal (Company-Focused Activities) – 50%
Support Blue People's internal marketing team with various marketing initiatives.
Assist in event coordination, logistics, and execution.
Respond to internal and external emails professionally and efficiently. Provide general administrative support as a chief-of-staff function within the marketing team.kins or GitLab CI/CD. 

Qualifications and Skills:
2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
Proficiency in social media management, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and content creation.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Familiarity with website management and SEO best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Work Arrangement: 50% Focus on Customer Needs – Managing external marketing activities. 50% Focus on Internal Marketing Team Support – Supporting the company's marketing team, Blue People.
