Remote Position in Mexico for a global tech company based in US.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Evaluate and improve IT processes to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows

Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.

Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.

Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.

Walk employees through problem-solving processes.

Attend and participate in regular IT meetings to discuss improvements and updates.

Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

Ensure security updates and patches are applied to desktops and laptops.

Coordinate onsite support, including computer provisioning, recovery,, and repairs

Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up necessary software and access

Assist in offboarding employees by revoking access to software.

Assist in managing network stability.


Knowledge and Skills Required


Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

0-2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.

Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS and commonly used software applications.

Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.

Familiarity with remote troubleshooting techniques and tools.

Basic knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.

Experience with cloud platforms (like AWS, Azure) is a plus.
