We are looking for an IT Systems Support Specialist to provide ongoing support for the internal IT operations of a SaaS client. This is a part-time, fully remote contractor role , ideal for professionals seeking a flexible and stable side engagement.
Time Commitment- 10–20 hours in February
- 10–20 hours in June
- 10–20 hours per month from September to December
This role is well suited for candidates who already have another full-time position.
Position Details- Engagement: Contractor
- Location: 100% Remote
- Schedule: Flexible, deliverables-focused, with some overlap with US business hours
- Laptop provisioning and re-imaging
- Management of endpoint and security tools such as CrowdStrike and JumpCloud
- Support for SOC 2 Type II activities, including asset inventories, system configurations, and evidence collection
- General system hygiene and basic internal IT support
- Experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or Endpoint Management
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Advanced English is mandatory (spoken and written)
