What do you need?

This role has specific skill sets and it's important to have at least 7 years with Golang and 4/5 years with React. IMPORANT: Support critical operations through participation in an on-call rotation (No weekend support needed unless very dire but expectation to support app developed currently during working hours or at times during off hours is expected).

Skill sets

- Expert in developing software using Golang, Protobuf, GraphQL

- Expert in developing software using Javascript , React.js, Node js, Typescript, Ant Design, HTML, CSS and other popular JS libraries.

- Expertise in Python/Java is a plus.

- Ability to optimize code for performance

- Ensure code quality and maintenance of existing programs

- Expert in SQL / NO SQL

- Reasonably knowledgeable in DevOps practices.

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with real-world demonstrable experience building & deploying scalable, high-performance applications

• Strong communication skills, capable of demystifying complex technical topics for diverse audiences.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better.

• Deep understanding of software design, development, and testing principles including SOLID, DRY, TDD, BDD

• Strong technical experience with developing cloud-native applications on AWS (Oracle a plus), React JS, Golang, Typescript, Python, Java and SQL/NoSQL.

• A genuine passion for software engineering and a desire to share knowledge and innovate within a highly collaborative team.
