We’re building cutting-edge enterprise software to transform how companies across Latin America and the US attract, select, and manage talent. We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to craft scalable, delightful, and accessible web experiences that impact millions.
You’ll work closely with Product and UX/UI to turn Figma and AI-driven prototypes into pixel-perfect React interfaces. You’ll lead architecture decisions, evolve our design system, integrate with APIs, and ensure top performance and accessibility. Projects include building ATS pipelines, design systems, scheduling platforms, in-app messaging, and microfrontend strategies.
What you’ll do
Develop modern UIs in React + JavaScript/TypeScript.
Integrate with APIs and deliver fast, reliable user flows.
Evolve our design system and shared component libraries.
Optimize performance, reliability, and accessibility.
Mentor peers and contribute to engineering culture.
What we’re looking for
5+ years building React apps (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Strong API integration (REST/GraphQL), state management, and testing experience.
Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and design systems.
English proficiency (C1).
Bonus: microfrontends, event-driven UIs, PWA strategies, ATS/HR tech experience.
