Requirements

Must to have experience:

·         Self-management skills of activities.

·         Proactive and clear in your interactions.

·         Experience in managing both business and technical IT clients.

·         Experience and management of stressful situations.

·         In-depth exchange knowledge in mailbox management, delegation, shared mailboxes, mail flow rules, SMTP, spam protection implementation, distribution list.

·           Configuration and maintenance of high availability solutions for uninterrupted email services.

·          years of experience in managing email systems.

·         Experience using different mail tools and Microsoft O365 tools to identify mail senders, lost mails, deliverable emails and to analyze institution policies and apply them accordingly.

·         Proficiency in the use of PowerShell or other tools for advanced administration tasks.

·         Experience in recovering data from Microsoft Exchange and experience managing AvePoint Backups.

Responsibilities

·         Support and development in Microsoft Exchange.

·         Proposal of ideas, empowerment, vision of teams.

·         Analysis of the current situation to evaluate TO-BE scenarios.

·         Strategic mindset to shape organizations' email infrastructure effectively.

·         Develop long-term messaging and email roadmaps, including release schedules and improvement initiatives.
