About this role,
Client is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS and strong programming skills in Python and shell scripting to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, and leverage AWS services such as Amplify, Route 53, CloudFormation, CloudFront, and API Gateway to optimize our cloud infrastructure. Your work will also involve containerizing applications with Docker and managing network configurations to ensure seamless routing and security across our systems.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with AWS services: Amplify, Route 53, CloudFormation, CloudFront, and API Gateway.
- Proficiency in setting up and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong programming skills in Python and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of API operations, including querying and parsing responses.
- Expertise in Docker for containerization.
- Solid understanding of networking principles, including general routing knowledge.
Bonus Skills :
- Experience with complex networking and security configurations.
- Background in large-scale cloud deployments and infrastructure automation.
