We’re Hiring: Software Implementation Specialist (Remote)

Are you passionate about helping clients succeed, managing multiple projects, and working with software products?
We're looking for a Software Implementation Specialist who excels at communication, organization, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support the implementation of our software solutions for new clients.

  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

  • Manage multiple high-priority projects at the same time without losing focus on quality.

  • Conduct virtual meetings, walkthroughs, and training sessions with customers.

  • Document progress, follow up on action items, and ensure all implementation steps are completed successfully.

  • Maintain a learner’s mindset and continuously improve product knowledge and implementation practices.

Required Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills: collaboration, negotiation, diplomacy.

  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Word processors, Spreadsheets).

  • Fast learner with the drive to continuously improve.

Required Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software implementation .

  • Customer service experience or transferable skills in calling, scheduling, or client coordination.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
