We're looking for a Software Implementation Specialist who excels at communication, organization, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Lead and support the implementation of our software solutions for new clients.

Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

Manage multiple high-priority projects at the same time without losing focus on quality.

Conduct virtual meetings, walkthroughs, and training sessions with customers.

Document progress, follow up on action items, and ensure all implementation steps are completed successfully.

Maintain a learner’s mindset and continuously improve product knowledge and implementation practices.

Strong interpersonal skills: collaboration, negotiation, diplomacy.

Excellent organization and time-management abilities.

Ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with productivity tools (Word processors, Spreadsheets).

Fast learner with the drive to continuously improve.

Minimum 2 years of experience in software implementation .

Customer service experience or transferable skills in calling, scheduling, or client coordination.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
