Requirements

Must to have:

·         Experience with ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to FICO functionality.

·         Knowledge develop and maintain functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans.

Responsibilities

·        Lead the support of financial accounting and controlling (FICO) solutions within our SAP system.

·        The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze their support requirements and translate them into solutions.

·        They will also be responsible for identifying and implementing best practices in the FICO space.

·        Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, strength around FICO modules.

·        Design and develop solutions in the SAP system, including configuration, testing, and documentation.

·         Lead project Support, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

·         Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

·         Continuously identify and implement process improvements and best practices in the FICO space.

·         Mentor and coach junior analysts as needed.
