Our client is a technology consulting firm that helps organizations build and optimize their communication systems. This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys guiding clients, solving problems quickly in dynamic environments, and supporting projects from both a technical and customer-facing perspective.
Required Qualifications:
· Analyzes customer scenarios, creates and implements optimal designs using Cisco Voice technologies
· Ability to guide customers to ideal outcomes required
· Performs rapid-fire break/fix in complex, occasionally stressful, environments
· Must be able to 'think on your feet'
· CCNP Collaboration required. CCIE Collaboration is a plus.
· A strong background in enterprise SIP conversions, SIP normalization, and outstanding CUBE configuration and programming around this is required.
· Experience in Microsoft Teams <> Call Manager implementation via direct routing is a significant plus.
· UCCX experience must be expert-level.
· Position is primarily work-from-home, with infrequent visits to customer sites. (Up to 10% travel within the US, it's very rare)
· Experience with QM products (Calabrio, etc) a plus
· Experience with paging and emergency management products (Singlewire, etc) a plus
· Periodically participates in the pre-sales process, assists in building BOMs. Assists in creating customer-facing materials.
· Provides regular and timely communication of project statuses to customers and the supervisor
· Experience and certifications with Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center are a significant plus.
· Prior experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
