Senior Api developer

Description: We seek a Senior Specialized Application Consultant to work with us at a renowned financial institution undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation, including the replacement of their payments platform. The role entails API development, reporting, and integration across the organization, within a team responsible for executive and team reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Daily meetings with stakeholders to gather API integration updates, assess risks, timelines, impacts, and milestones.

·         Hands-on coding in Java, MuleSoft, and Spring Boot within an API Support.

·         Utilization of Informatica PowerCenter for ETL processes to accelerate data integration.

·         Contributing to high-level production and support within the team.

Qualifications:

·         5+ years of software development experience, preferably in Java, MuleSoft, and Spring Boot.

·         Background in finance industry or related field.

·         Strong understanding of SDLC, Java, React, and AWS.

·         Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

·         Familiarity with secure coding standards and testing techniques.

·         Technical Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·         Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

·         Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Perfecto.
