AI Software Engineer — Remote | Contractor | Full-Time en Crossbridge

Are you a Software Engineer passionate about building production-ready AI solutions and leveraging autonomous AI agents to accelerate development?

At Crossbridge , we're looking for a Senior AI Engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on AI development, and platform engineering expertise.

Position Details:

• Modality: 100% Remote – LATAM

• Contract Type: Contractor

• Schedule: Full-time

• Language: Advanced English required

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based solutions to production, including AI agents, RAG, and orchestration.

• Proven experience using autonomous AI coding agents to complete development tasks independently, including unattended or spec-driven workflows (Ralph loops or similar).

• Daily experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.

• Strong programming expertise in Python, TypeScript, or Go.

• Experience building scalable, secure, multi-tenant platforms used by other developers or teams.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain production-ready AI applications, APIs, and autonomous agents.

• Build scalable platforms and reusable infrastructure components.

• Integrate LLMs into business systems while ensuring security, reliability, and performance.

• Leverage autonomous AI coding workflows while reviewing, testing, and validating generated code.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions.
