We are looking for an AI Delivery Specialist to join a growing AI-focused delivery team building intelligent solutions that improve business operations and automate complex workflows.

In this role, you will work hands-on with technologies such as LLMs, AI copilots, agent-based workflows, APIs, and automation tools , helping design and deploy AI-powered solutions for real business use cases.

This is a great opportunity for someone with early professional, academic, or project-based AI experience who wants to continue developing their technical skills while working on production-focused AI initiatives.

• Analyze business workflows to identify opportunities for AI and automation.
• Help translate business needs into practical technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Participate in the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered systems.
• Build AI workflows, copilots, and agent-based solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing business platforms through APIs.
• Apply guardrails, evaluation processes, and AI risk mitigation practices.
• Support project delivery and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with client needs.

• 1+ year of experience working with AI-native systems , including professional, academic, freelance, or personal projects.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript .
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent .
• Understanding of AI workflows, copilots, and AI agents .
• Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and/or API integrations.
• Basic understanding of AI security and risk mitigation , including prompt injection and guardrails.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional environment.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and comfort working in fast-paced environments.

• Experience connecting AI solutions to real business processes.
• Previous experience designing or implementing AI automation workflows.
• Understanding of how to evaluate the quality and reliability of LLM-based solutions.
• Genuine curiosity about emerging AI technologies and their practical business applications.
