Requirements

Must to have:

·         Primary Profile PM (Plan Maintenance)

·         Secondary Profile IM ( Investment Management)

·         Nice to have WM (Warehouse Management)

·         Experience with all aspects of SAP Plant Maintenance business processes and functionality

·         Experience migrating SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 or greater to SAP S/4HANA release 1709, 1809, 1909 or 2020.

·         Extensive understanding of SAP Activate Methodology and Agile/Scrum principles.

·         Experience with SAP Best Practices Business Processes and Global templates and configuring these Best Practices using SAP Solution Manager and SAP IMG

·         Experience utilizing SAP Solution Manager for process configuration and documentation

·         Able to lead Explore Phase Business Requirement Documentation, Validation and Design workshops

·         Ability to demonstrate SAP Plant Maintenance Best Practices in SAP S/4HANA

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills

·         Able to manage remote team members and to delegate tasks and activities for successful delivery of high quality solutions.

·         Able to lead Fujitsu and Client Teams in the planning and execution of Unit Testing, Solution Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Responsibilities

·        Manage stock levels at a branch level in conjunction with Demand planning, Buyer teams, and Product Managers to help ensure customer demand is satisfied.

·        Have knowledge of the IM buying process, including requisitions, forecasting and the relationship between vendor lead times, demand, and safety stock.

·        Monitor and track inventory levels, service levels, surplus/obsolete inventory, vendor performance, and any other relevant KPIs to identify variance from goals. Use all available resources to analyze root causes and recommend possible actions to improve KPI results.

·        Identify and understand the relationship of the various stock levels in branches and identifying (executing) potential stock rebalancing to help mitigate customer backorder.

·        Tasks will include vendor PO creation, vendor PO follow-up and resolution of vendor issues, and detailed review of inventory levels for current stocked items in a branch.

·        Participate in process improvement projects to drive better efficiencies and yield improvement in KPIs .

·        Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or related field.

·        Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders with differing opinions, and balance trade-offs while focusing on results.
