Responsibilities

·         Triage and resolve production defects within CRM.

·         Assess, solution, and deliver tech enablement/debt scope, in coordination with IG IT Architecture and Engineering leads.

·         Assess, solution, and deliver other CRM focused enhancements prioritized by the Product Owner

·         Partner with IG IT Architecture and Engineering leads to develop, test, and deliver capabilities.
