AI/ML Engineer Pytorch Middle - Remoto en Crossbridge

As an AI & ML Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and solutions that drive innovation and deliver value to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and designers, to build scalable and impactful AI-driven products. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while requiring strong self-motivation and communication skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· 2-5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development or related fields.

· Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , Scikit-learn , and Keras .

· Experience with data preprocessing , feature engineering, and model training using structured and unstructured datasets.

· Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools for deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

· Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

· Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms , including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.

· Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining clear and proactive communication with the team.

· A passion for AI/ML technology and a desire to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

· Experience with natural language processing (NLP) , computer vision, or time-series analysis.

· Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC) for managing the AI/ML lifecycle.

· Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing frameworks.

· Experience with real-time AI/ML applications (e.g., recommendation systems, fraud detection).

· Understanding of UX/UI principles for integrating AI/ML features into user-friendly interfaces.

· Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in AI/ML research.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND INFLUENCE

· Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve real-world business challenges.

· Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets for model training and evaluation.

· Build scalable AI/ML pipelines using cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

· Optimize AI/ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring they meet production-grade standards.

· Implement and integrate AI/ML models into existing software systems and workflows.

· Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and performance evaluations to refine models and improve outcomes.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

· Document technical processes, model architectures, and workflows to ensure clarity and reproducibility.

· Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on AI/ML projects.
