Objective:  Generate value for customers by ensuring quality, turnaround time, and resources and implementing the appropriate methodology for the business and the client.

Skills/Experience required:

• Advanced English level B2
• Professional in systems engineering or related careers
• 5+ years working with traditional software methodologies, Agile, Agile-Hybrid, Test-Driven Development, Lean, or SAFe software methodologies
• CMMi
• 4+ years of experience working with project software such as Jira or Microsoft Azure DevOps
• 6+ years of experience working on software development projects (QA, developer, Scrum Master etc.)
• 3-4 years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite
• Mandatory certifications: Professional Scrum Master Certification, Kanban Certification or Scrum Product Owner or certified DevOps Generalist
• Optional certifications: Certified SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP
• Experience managing multiple concurrent project budgets, Expertise in project forecasting and estimation.
• Knowledge of OKR’s methodology (Optional)
• Knowledge of ISO9001 quality management systems (Optional)
