Tech Lead, Integration Delivery - Senior Javascript - Remoto en Quo Digital

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Tech Lead, Integration Delivery to lead and mentor a team of integration engineers executing short-cycle integration projects. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude (especially around API integrations, RPA, and AI tooling) with a passion for operational excellence, solution quality, and collaborative leadership. Experience in the cybersecurity or identity space is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of mid-level integration engineers focused on rapid deployment to support successful customer onboarding (by partnering effectively with customer implementation specialists).
• Ensure high-quality integration delivery from scoping to handoff, maintaining a customer-first mindset.
• Build and maintain repeatable processes that support efficiency, scalability, and quality.
• Hold the team accountable for meeting SLAs, timelines, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve the integration lifecycle.

Technical Program Oversight:

• Oversee the design and delivery of integrations involving APIs, automation workflows (RPA), AI-based routing or classification, and secure identity operations.
• Roll up your sleeves to support complex solution design or unblock project teams when needed.
• Develop and standardize reusable assets, frameworks, and playbooks that accelerate delivery.
• Stay current on technical trends in automation, security, and AI to ensure the team remains on the cutting edge.
• Operational Efficiency & Strategy
• Implement outcome-based delivery to 1) ensure project velocity and predictability, 2) identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the delivery pipeline, and 3) create feedback loops to monitor integration health, system performance, and developer productivity.
• Recommend and implement process or tooling improvements to reduce friction and increase throughput.
• Contribute to the design of packaged integration offerings that align with customer needs and reduce time to value.

• What We’re Looking For:
• 7+ years of experience in solution delivery related roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong technical background—proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, automation tools, and AI platforms.
• Knowledge of the technical architecture of web crawlers (XPath, CSS Selectors, JSON, API).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or identity/security operations concepts.
• Proven success leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and scale delivery operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.
