Position:

We are currently looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to work with one of our main clients under a hybrid work scheme in Monterrey.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

-5+ years of hands-on manual QA experience.

-Advanced English proficiency.

Technical Skills:

-Strong expertise in API testing (Postman), REST APIs, and SQL for backend validation.

-Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira for defect tracking and test management.

-Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.

-Approved candidate locations:

-Candidates must reside in one of the following countries: Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica.

What You’ll Do:

-Perform end-to-end manual testing, regression testing, and functional validation of complex workflows.

-Conduct thorough API testing using Postman and validate backend data with SQL queries.

-Design, build, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with business requirements.

-Log, track, and drive defects to resolution using Jira.

-Collaborate closely with development and product teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
