Mid Sr. .NET Developer - Remoto en Crossbridge

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid/Senior .NET Developer who is a self-starter and experienced in managing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to interact with clients, and the technical expertise to rebuild and restructure an existing application. This role requires hands-on experience in developing large-scale applications in .NET C#, managing timelines, and deploying applications.  

Requirements:  

• 5+ years of experience developing large-scale applications in .NET C#.  

• Experience working with .NET 7-8  

• Proven ability to manage projects end to end, from planning to deployment.  

• Strong experience in client communication and requirement gathering.  

• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.  

• Experience with design tools ( Radzen Blazor highly preferred)  

• Experience with Blazor UI experience  

• Proficiency in SQL Server and database management.  

• Knowledge of web assembly architecture.  

• AWS experience for deployment is a plus.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Redevelop and restructure an existing application, handling all modifications from end to end.  

• Collaborate with clients to gather and understand project requirements.  

• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.  

• Develop applications in .NET C# from scratch, not just working on minor features.  

• Utilize design tools such as Radzen (preferred) or Blazor UI.  

• Implement and optimize SQL Server databases.  

• Work on assembly architecture to improve system structure and efficiency.  

• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS (preferred but not required ).
