The Role:

They're looking for highly skilled Integration Engineers to join their team of Implementation Specialists and Integration Engineers executing short cycle integration projects. You’ll work on building, maintaining, and improving their automation workflows and integrations, enabling customers to securely connect and operate their business-critical applications. This is a hands-on technical role that blends coding, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain robust automation workflows (RPA) and integrations with third-party systems.
• Monitor, detect, and resolve incidents affecting integration performance and availability.
• Develop and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation for integrations and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize enhancements and new integration features.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to identify opportunities for new automations.
• Leverage AI tools to increase productivity.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript (TypeScript a plus) for coding, debugging, and automation.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations.
• Knowledge of web technologies and troubleshooting using HTML/CSS and browser developer tools.
• Familiarity with web crawling techniques (XPath, CSS Selectors) and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Git-based version control systems, including branching and merging workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to collaborate with distributed teams across time zones.
• A knack for writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code that others can easily build upon.
• Ability to translate complex technical processes into simple, user-friendly explanations.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI tooling (e.g. Cursor, GPT, etc.)
• Experience building web applications.
• Understand the complexities of a mobile ecosystem, including the nuances of both the iOS & Android operating systems development.
• Proficiency with SQL for complex queries.
• Prior experience with security products or in regulated industries.
