Implementation Specialist (Fintech / Payments Migration)

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding and migration projects for enterprise financial software solutions. This role focuses on end-to-end client implementations, software configuration, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful product adoption in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to guide migrations, configure systems according to business needs, and ensure smooth implementations.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end client migrations and software implementations

Manage a pipeline of approximately 25–30 clients simultaneously

Translate client business requirements into product configurations and solutions

Provide implementation guidance and best practices to customers

Configure software solutions according to defined project scope

Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and internal teams

Track implementation milestones and provide structured status updates

Handle client communication and escalation management

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, or customer implementation roles

Experience managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously

Experience working with CRM systems, workflow platforms, or financial software

Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations

Strong organization and multitasking skills

Experience in payments operations, fintech, or regulated onboarding environments is a plus
