Description:  

We're looking for a Software Engineer who’s excited to build AI agents that help transform how pharmaceutical R&D, clinical operations, and manufacturing work at scale . This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys taking ideas from concept to reality—working closely with scientists, engineers, and  

business teams to automate real-world challenges using state-of-the-art AI. You’ll lead by designing intuitive user experiences, shaping new agent capabilities, and helping define the future of AI at Incyte. It’s a fun, fast-paced environment where curiosity, initiative, and leadership matter as much as code. Some familiarity with Python, React, and modern cloud tools is helpful, but a passion for solving hard   problems is essential.  

Responsibilities :  

• Design, develop, and maintain the platform of our AI Agents application using Python, FastAPI , React, and TypeScript.  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers,  

designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user interfaces.  

• Build AI Agents for various organizations across the company.
