Business Analyst Microsoft Office Senior - Remoto en Crossbridge

Team is seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Business Analyst / Project Coordinator. They will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing valuable insights to improve operational efficiencies and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Atlassian tools, and experience in executive-facing presentations. Experience with AI/ GenAI /Machine Learning is highly preferred.  

Must Have Skills :  

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Expert in Excel. Must be familiar with Master Slide formatting in ppt . Demonstrated ability to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership .  

• Expert knowledge in Atlassian Suite ( Confluence , Jira).  

• Strong proficiency in PowerBI to populate reports from master data records including querying in PowerBI and SQL  

• Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with an executive communication style .  

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with strong problem solving skills and a solution oriented mindset  

• Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations within agile and waterfall environment
