Our client is a Multinational Insurance Company, this position will be responsible for:

  • Provides Service Desk Support by; supporting users in diagnosing, reporting and resolving or correcting hardware/software problems.
  • Installs, maintains and troubleshoots hardware/software according to company standards; reconfigures existing systems and/or performs system upgrades as required.
  • Operates in a specified role within Global Service Desk (Training, Knowledge Base, Deskside, Process, Ticket reviews, Team Leader cover).


  • Systems engineering o
  • 4 to 5 years in help desk for multinational companies.
  • Experience providing Technical Troubleshooting to end-users


  • Customer Service
  • Excelent Communication Skills
  • Potential to grow


  • Certifications in any of the following are a plus: A+ (CompTIA), ACMT (Apple), HDI-CSR (HDI), ITIL Foundation (ITIL), Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern


Salary: $35,000 MN - $40,000 monthly + competitive copensation package.

2 days at the office + 3 home office.

Flexibility with weekend availability
