We are looking for a QA Team member to execute behavioral testing in an efficient and accurate manner. You will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that product quality is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-hand testing and convey resolutions to tasks
• Properly escalate unresolved test cases
• Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources
• Update testing and activity reports
• Follow up with tasks, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
• Verify and validate processes, functionalities, and interfaces
• Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
• Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of testing procedures
• Coordinate with development and design department to move forward new tasks
• Perform manual testing of the company’s websites, software tools, and applications developed by the company.
• Create and Setup Automated Tests.
• Build Test Cases and document evidence.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in providing QA support
• Proficiency in Advanced English
• Working knowledge of databases
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Familiarity with HTML, PHP, MYSQL, JS
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
