About the project

 

We have lots of projects ongoing, several offices across the globe, some of which are large, some are used by corporations, some are for Fortune 500 companies. All our projects are long-term, and each of them is unique. For one of them, we are creating a new programming language that potentially could replace C++. The other one is the AR solution used by Rolls Royce manufacturer.

You will work with

 

  • Manage a portfolio of clients of multiple Fortune 500 companies and the hottest startups across various industries;

  • Understand client needs, help match needs with company expertise, and manage key stakeholders’ expectations in order to ensure their success and happiness with AgileEngine;

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients at the company;

  • Explore additional business opportunities on the territory you’ll own and drive future business through quality results;

  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, obtaining both structured and informal feedback on a regular basis;

  • Build, manage, and grow assigned key accounts and world-class project teams;

  • Identify, report, and resolve possible risks or issues;

  • Mentor, manage and foster team members development and growth.



 

Our team is missing someone who has

 

  • You’ve got excellent communication and presentation skills and advanced English: both verbal and written;

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in the IT industry and a deep understanding of the US IT ecosystem, domains, markets, and trends;

  • You’ve worked in one (or more) of these roles: Client Partner, Business Development Manager, IT Project Manager, PO, Account Manager, Delivery Manager, Engineering Manager or a similar leadership role – we celebrate the diversity!

  • Experience working with international clients/teams and a passion for exceptional customer service and experience;

  • Go-getter and result-oriented attitude;

  • Ability to understand business and customer requirements, prioritizing issues and escalating as required;

  • Strong skills in leadership, negotiations, and people management;

  • High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail;

  • You are brave, love to help people and find solutions to non-trivial problems.



 

What will be a plus?

 

  • Proven track record in managing projects, and delivering on project and resource goals in a dynamic environment;

  • SDR, BDR expertise;

  • Understanding of engineering practices, methodologies, and tools;

  • Experience with CRM software, Task management systems, Data visualization tools

  • People management experience.
