TRABAJO HIBRIDO
PRESENCIAL Y REMOTO.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent English communication skill (B2 based on the common European framework)
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support via telephone.
- Minimum completed High School (verifiable)
- Availability to relocate to Queretaro.
- Monthly rotation 24/7 will be required. They will work 5 days a week, 8 hours + 1 break hour per day; every month, labor days and hours will be established (night shift and weekends might be needed to be covered).
- Experience with Services Now, Remedy, Zendesk, Saleforce or any other ticketing tool is desirable.
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware or software (cell phone or modem troubleshooting does not apply).
