Description

You are passionate about giving the best customer service. As a Customer Success Analyst, you will be responsible for accompanying the client in the most important process of their life: the purchase of a house through a mortgage loan. You will be the one who is from start to finish with the client from approved leads through our platform to the stage of procedures with a notary to schedule the signature. You will work with the Growth and Customer Success teams to provide the best customer service to obtain a mortgage loan. We need people who are willing to do anything for our customers and who can adapt to new ways of making sales without resistance to change.

Responsibilities Own the leads from Mid Funnel to Low Funnel. Reflect the progress of leads in the CRM (HubSpot). Give feedback to the Growth and Product areas, in order to improve the sales flow. Availability to advise the client to obtain a mortgage loan. Benefits
