Telecom and TI leading company with more than 19 years of experience is looking for experienced talent as BSS (Business Support System) Solution Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Non-functional, Interface, report, Requirement Analysis

Analyzing OOTB, Customized Acceptance Scenarios

The above analysis activity may include the following items, but not limited to:

Communicate and understand customer's requirements,   document the requirements (FRS)

Check with HQ customization and development design team and RAT for the proposed the solution to customer

Confirm the proposed solution with customer

Revise the solution if customer disagree or partially agree the proposed solution

Finalize the FRS and get all stakeholders to sign the FRS

Clarify the solution with HQ development team and provide necessary support for the development if there are any doubts which need to double check or confirm with customer.

Provide solution support for the testing activities, such clarify the solution with customer in order to get the testing acceptance.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

More than 2 years experience  in BSS/OSS architecture design, development,  integration and operations

Extensive OSS and/or BSS operational experience in consulting or similar role either in telecom vendor, IT vendor, operator or consulting firm

Have a proven track record as E2E Solution Architect Project Accountable in at least 1 BSS and/or OSS Delivery Implementations from start to finish.

Expertise in OSS/BSS business processes, frameworks and methodology, technical platform, applications, and software

Direct customer interfacing experience

Can operate either as a team member or team leader on initiatives, acting as a coach for peers, new hires, and initiative participants from other areas in the organization.

Communicates effectively with leadership and team members to define project scope of work and outputs and phased approaches to achieving client's business objectives.

English as working language, Fluent in Chinese a plus
